Cancellation Policy

We need to balance the fact that you may have urgent issues not coming to the workshop and our invested work to run the workshop..

Here is our policy:

• There is no problem to register a substitute for your registered seat.
• Up to 45 days before the event we refund the registration fee minus $50 transaction fee (we have invested time in your registration and need also to find a replacement)
• Later then 45 days before the event there is no refund.
• If possible we try to apply you payment to future workshops
